The hotel describes its traditional front bar, sport garden and bistro bar as different settings within the property. Choose the named area when telling friends where to meet, particularly when some of the group are dining first.
Sports broadcasts
The official Eat & Drink page lists Fox Sports and TAB facilities including Sky channels 1 and 2. Ask about the specific fixture, date and start time if the broadcast is the reason for the visit. Screen and sound arrangements can matter as much as a general sports listing.
TAB enquiries
A facility listing does not establish the service schedule for a particular event. Direct product, ticket or terminal questions to the venue team. Keep a bar meeting, meal reservation and sporting event as separate items when planning the afternoon or evening.
Arriving and leaving
Save 124 Port Road with the chosen meeting area. Agree on transport and a return pickup point before the group arrives. If the visit involves a larger organised gathering, ask about the function spaces rather than assuming informal bar seating will accommodate it.
